The Junior Squad recently appointed a new Captain. Please join us in congratulating Jr. Captain Gillian Mayland!

Gillian joined the Junior Squad during the summer of 2019 going into her junior year of high school. She is currently a Senior at Osbourn High School and is enrolled in the OHS EMT program. She became interested in EMS during her freshman year of high school when she attended the City of Manassas FRD Fire/Rescue Camp and absolutely loved it. She loves to help people and view things from a different perspective. She hopes to obtain her EMT certification at the conclusion of her OHS EMT course in April and then to pursue a career in EMS as a Paramedic.
